11 Months!

11 months and 4 days!!! Again, where did the time go???? I am enjoying you so much right now that I get a little bit sad whenever we have a great mommy and Ian moment because I know it won't last. But I should just relish the present and eat you up and gobble you and tickle you and give you kisses all day long.

It is such a fun time being with you right now because you are understanding more and more and love to learn. You still love your books and I am starting to give you my puzzles from work to play with. You play with such intent and you are quite analytical when you try to stack toys or put toys together.

Certain tricks you are doing now are; putting your arms up when we ask, "how big is Ian?", sticking your tongue out when we say "where is your tongue?", opening and closing your hand when we sing the Open Shut Them song. Some of the words you understand are "book", "ball" "phone", "light", "doggy", "door". So fun you are!

You continue to be the biggest flirt and look for attention when we are out. At home, you love to be close to mommy and daddy when we are on the floor. You are certainly a loving, cuddlebug and I love it when you smother me with those kisses. Jeter is still your best friend and you continue to give him your food but you can get rough with him.

This summer, your days are filled with pool time, gym time, music time and it is pretty much mommy dragging you everywhere and anywhere.
