4 months!!!

Hi baby,

I always seem to create new posts when you are asleep. Maybe it is because you look so angelic that I am inspired.

You will be four months tomorrow and I can't believe how fast things have gone. You are now sitting up for a few seconds by yourself if I prop you up. You love to sit up and play with Jeter. You are already starting to grab his hair very hard and this morning you tore off a good chunk from his tail. Poor Jeter. But he loves you and when we sit on the floor to play, he is right by your side.



Let's see what else? You smile more and more everyday and you get so excited when you see your daddy come home. It is cute that you are beginning to recognize us. On the flipside, I think you are also getting wary of strangers. You still smile at them, but you are so coy about it.

You are getting physically stronger and though you can't roll over yet, you are scooting backwards while on your belly. If I turn for one second and take my eyes off you, you are usually in a different spot on the blanket. You are also reaching with one hand to swat at your toys during tummy time.

Your doctor's appointment is in a week and I can't wait to see how heavy and tall you are. You are so heavy that I am guessing you are well over 17 lbs. You are outgrowing a lot of your clothes though mommy won't throw them out and keeps squeezing you into them. Well, you just woke up and I have to entertain you now.
